Temple Lifts Acquires St Helens Based Lift Company Abba Lifts Limited

The Directors of Temple Lifts are pleased to announce the acquisition of Abba Lifts, a St Helens, Lancashire based company.

The acquisition forms part of our strategy of strengthening Temple Lifts’ service coverage to ensure continued customer satisfaction across an active, growing and valued customer base.

Abba Lifts has traded for around 10 years led by the founder and Managing Director Frank Sinclair who has decided to retire along with another owner.

Abba Lifts will remain a fully operational company under the ownership and overall management of Temple Lifts Ltd. The Abba Lifts team will join our Midlands & Northern Region based in Stoke under the leadership of Jeff Hook. All day to day, routine contact, administration and service engineer visits by Abba Lifts will remain unchanged.
